If Only Napoleon Had This 83 Years Ago!

It took Napoleon Hill 23+ years to write his
time-honored masterpiece, Think & Grow Rich.

If he had had his conversations on a telephone, he could have interviewed top business leaders and

published his own "How To" book in less than 30 days.

Find out "how" during our Tele-Training with TeleSeminar maven, Alex Mandossian. We've made a special arrangement to SAVE you $79 off the normal $79 tuition as our VIP.

How 10 Minutes Can Change Your Life

Many of you may have gotten another newsletter form us that invited you to make a 10-minute creativity practice every morning as a way to grease your creativity wheels. The idea is to put your creativity first and to do it for no-good reason.

One of the aspects of the no-good reason part is that many of us that are living or pursuing genius are already swimming in a creative pool most of the day. What I've (Megan) noticed is that many of these folks - me included - are expressing for an outcome or result.  I'm really getting that there is something vital about doing it just to do it, to get the flow going and moving.

The child artist in each of us doesn't care if you sell a million copies of a book.  He/she simply wants to write a story, paint or move. For those who are just venturing out into their creative genius the 10-minute practice begins to prime their pump and get their bodies used to flowing creative energy, so they can build up to more.  So this is the essence of the 10-minute philosophy.  Now I'd like to take it one step further.

Recently, I noticed I was not getting the usual juice from my creativity practice.  I noticed that I mostly just wrote for my 10 minutes. And it was mostly brain directed. While I think this served me, I think my body was asking for more.  I began simply moving my body and following my impulses sometimes with music sometimes not. Once I did a hand-dance … just letting my hands move how they wanted, I got some ideas from a great little book I've been reading, "A Big New Free Happy Unusual Life" by Nina Wise.  She recommends noticing when your head is telling your body to move and simply pausing until you can feel where your body wants to go.  Since I've been playing with this I've noticed a huge increase in my energy and my genius productivity.

Many of us either skipped the creativity development stage of our youth (3 to 5 years) because of a stressful environment or we shut it down sometime afterward.  The effect of this is that we don't develop the essential structure necessary to run large amounts of creativity.  One of the ways I and many others play this out is to have big visions and feel frustrated at not being able to actualize what we can see in our heads. If you are someone who has big dreams and feels like you have trouble following through this practice will begin to create the foundation necessary to build your dreams.

If you are on the other end of the spectrum - meaning you are great at taking actions but you tend to keep your dreams "realistic" - the same thing could be happening for you. Some part of you doesn't feel safe or solid enough to dream.

For some reason, this 10 minutes of following my basic impulses to move is strengthening my foundation.  I'm trusting myself more. I'm feeling that my visions are really doable instead of far away.  Oh, here’s a bonus: one day I eliminated my back pain!  The body really does know what it needs. I wholeheartedly invite you to take on the practice this month and see what your experience is.

TRY THIS

*************

When you first get up in the morning simply begin to move your body in whatever way it wants. Notice when your head is directing and gently shift your awareness back to your body.

You can put on music or not and or you could have pens and paper available as well in case your body wants to express that way.

Do this everyday for at least 10-minutes for 30 days.  See what happens!!

We'd love to hear about your experiences.  Email us today!

Till next time,

Megan and Phil
